Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
  4. Stir in heavy cream or milk and warm through.
  5. Serve hot, possibly with a grilled cheese sandwich for a comforting meal.
