Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, white beans, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in the cumin and chili powder, and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
