Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Delicious and easy meal option using an air fryer for a crunchy texture without the excess oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 whole wheat or regular tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, or your choice of sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is cooked before shredding. Experiment with spices for extra flavor.
