- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 whole wheat or regular tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
