Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

Deliciously crispy sweet potatoes cooked in an air fryer, perfect as a nutritious side dish or healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
