- 2 medium sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
