Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or a small amount of oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into strips.
- In a bowl, mix honey and mustard, then add garlic powder and onion powder.
- Dip each tofu strip into the marinade, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
Press the tofu well to get rid of excess moisture for crispier tenders. Customize breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
