Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
Instructions
- Place a skillet on medium heat and add ground beef. Break it apart as it cooks and stir occasionally until browned (about 7 to 10 minutes).
- Tilt the skillet to remove any excess fat with a spoon.
- Stir in taco seasoning and add the right amount of water according to package instructions. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a pan over low heat for a few seconds on each side or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, add seasoned ground beef in the center, top with shredded cheese, and drizzle with enchilada sauce.
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or avocado.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. Don’t overfill the tacos to prevent breaking. Try baking the tortillas for extra crispiness.
