Crispy Beef Tacos

Crispy Beef Tacos are easy to make and packed with flavor, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place a skillet on medium heat and add ground beef. Break it apart as it cooks and stir occasionally until browned (about 7 to 10 minutes).
  2. Tilt the skillet to remove any excess fat with a spoon.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and add the right amount of water according to package instructions. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a pan over low heat for a few seconds on each side or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds.
  5. Lay a warm tortilla flat, add seasoned ground beef in the center, top with shredded cheese, and drizzle with enchilada sauce.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or avocado.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. Don’t overfill the tacos to prevent breaking. Try baking the tortillas for extra crispiness.
