Ingredients

  • ⅛ cup chopped dill

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced cabbage, eggs, salt, and dill. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the flour and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the cabbage mixture into the skillet, flattening it with a spoon to form a pancake about ¾ – 1-inch thick.
  5. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake using a plate and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until both sides are golden brown.

Notes
