  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1012 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil for frying (optional)
  • Sour cream for serving

Notes

To avoid soggy taquitos, store leftovers properly and consider reheating in the oven.
