- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Pat the salmon dry before cooking for better topping adherence. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
