Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry before cooking for better topping adherence. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
