Crockpot Big Mac Dip

A cheesy and flavorful dip that brings all the classic Big Mac flavors into one easy-to-make dish, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder for flavor. Drain the grease.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheddar, Velveeta cubes, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. When the dip is melted and creamy, switch the cooker to WARM and serve directly from the slow cooker.
  5. Optional: Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or more pickles.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. Great for gatherings!
