- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder for flavor. Drain the grease.
- In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheddar, Velveeta cubes, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the dip is melted and creamy, switch the cooker to WARM and serve directly from the slow cooker.
- Optional: Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or more pickles.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. Great for gatherings!
