- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chicken, ensuring not to wash off the creamy topping.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and tender, then serve hot.
Notes
Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
