Ingredients

  • 1 (26-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the au jus mix and ranch mix over the meatballs.
  3. Pour in the sliced pepperoncini peppers along with their juice, and add ½ cup of water.
  4. Scatter the diced butter on top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot as an appetizer or over potatoes or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding more pepperoncini peppers. To make it spicy, add red pepper flakes.
