Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A delicious and easy-to-make lasagna using frozen ravioli, perfect for busy days and family nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. You can mix in veggies for more nutrition.
