- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine mixed nuts and pitted dates and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
- Add dark chocolate chips, sea salt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; blend again until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the lined baking dish evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
