Ingredients

  • 5 g zero-calorie granulated sweetener (or sweetener of choice, 1 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In an oven-safe glass bowl, add the egg, yogurt, and milk. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  4. Add desired toppings like fresh fruit or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Place the bowls in the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
