Delicious Cottage Cheese and Spinach Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the fresh spinach in a pan over medium heat with olive oil until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  3. Prepare the onion by chopping it finely, then add it to the pan with spinach and cook for another 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  4. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  5. Combine the sautéed spinach and onion with the cheese mixture and stir to ensure even distribution.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese and fold it into the mixture.
  7. Bake in a greased pie dish for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Best served warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with a garden salad or fresh tomatoes.
