- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- Dipping Sauces (ranch, sriracha mayo, or honey mustard) as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed and at room temperature.
- Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until slightly larger.
- Cut the pastry into long strips, 1-2 inches wide.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each strip without overfilling.
- Twist each pastry strip gently to swirl the filling inside.
- Arrange the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush over each twist for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve with dipping sauces.
