- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 Low-Carb Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- In a separate pan, lightly toast each low-carb tortilla on both sides until warm and pliable.
- Lay one tortilla flat, spread a generous spoonful of cheese sauce, add a layer of beef, then top with sour cream, lettuce, diced tomato, extra cheddar cheese, cilantro, and jalapeño slices. Place another tortilla on top and press down gently.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. Place the assembled crunchwrap in the skillet. Cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For easy clean-up, line your skillet with foil. Experiment with toppings to suit your taste.
