- 1–2 tbsp hot honey (to taste)

Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add ricotta cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle hot honey over the mixture and fold it in gently. Adjust heat according to preference.
- Place the dip in a serving dish, optionally garnishing with extra hot honey and fresh herbs.
- Enjoy with a variety of crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in grated Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon juice. Use fresh ricotta for the best taste.
