Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the vegetables and sauce.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes
