Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup cooked meats (bacon, sausage, or ham, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, meats (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked crust.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your quiche warm or at room temperature!

Notes
