- 1 pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked meats (bacon, sausage, or ham, optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, vegetables, meats (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your quiche warm or at room temperature!
Notes
Use store-bought crust for convenience or create a crustless version. Add herbs for extra flavor and experiment with different cheeses and vegetables.
