Instructions
- Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove any seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix the fat-free feta cheese with the light Laughing Cow cheddar cheese wedges.
- Warm the cheese mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften, then add the everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch, mixing until well combined.
- Fill the pepper halves with the cheese mixture using a spoon.
