- 1 large egg

- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on the sheet to your preferred thickness.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Pairs wonderfully with marinara sauce for dipping.
