Instructions

- Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup mini chocolate chips gently.
- Roll small portions of dough into 1-inch balls and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt 1 cup chocolate chips for dipping in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coating.
- Return dipped truffles to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
