- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the chicken and vegetable mix. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a green salad or your favorite low-carb side dishes. Add extra shredded cheese on top for a cheesy finish.
