- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite type)
- 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- Optional: Green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into small florets or thaw frozen broccoli.
- Cook cauliflower rice in a pan with olive oil or butter for about 5 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, and cheese. Mix well.
- Add heavy cream or sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with more cheese if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
