Easy Slow Cooker Crack Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve topped with green onions and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, serve over rice, pasta, or in a bun. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
