Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Stir in chopped spinach, feta cheese, and any optional ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing and enjoy!
