- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into small balls and stuff each with mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the stuffed dough balls in a football shape on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a crispy top, broil the bread for a minute or two at the end of the baking time. Feel free to add different ingredients to the filling based on your preference.
