French Dip Sliders

Delicious roast beef sliders with caramelized onions and cheese, served with au jus for dipping – perfect for parties or family dinners!

Ingredients

  • Roast beef
  • Slider buns
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (optional, like provolone or Swiss)
  • Au jus (or beef broth)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef on top of the buns, followed by caramelized onions and cheese if using.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the au jus and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour a little of the au jus over the sliders and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the buns are warm and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with the remaining au jus for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven with a bit of au jus to keep them moist.
