Ingredients
- Roast beef
- Slider buns
- Caramelized onions
- Cheese (optional, like provolone or Swiss)
- Au jus (or beef broth)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef on top of the buns, followed by caramelized onions and cheese if using.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
- In a small saucepan, heat the au jus and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour a little of the au jus over the sliders and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the buns are warm and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with the remaining au jus for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven with a bit of au jus to keep them moist.
