French Dip Sliders

Delicious and fun twist on the classic French dip sandwich, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • Au jus (for dipping)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef on the buns, followed by caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on the sandwiches.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and pepper, then brush over the top of the buns.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier version, use grilled chicken or turkey instead of roast beef. You can also use whole grain or gluten-free buns.
