Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Swiss cheese
- Au jus (for dipping)
- Butter
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef on the buns, followed by caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sandwiches.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and pepper, then brush over the top of the buns.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
For a healthier version, use grilled chicken or turkey instead of roast beef. You can also use whole grain or gluten-free buns.
