Fudgy Football Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup hot coffee
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, oil, hot coffee, and egg until well combined.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once baked, let the brownies cool completely. Cut into football shapes using a cookie cutter.
  5. For ganache, pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips and let it sit, then whisk until smooth.
  6. Dip the top of the football brownies into the ganache and place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Melt white chocolate chips and create football laces on the brownies.
  8. Let the brownies set in the fridge before serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, avoid overbaking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
