- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup hot coffee
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, oil, hot coffee, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool completely. Cut into football shapes using a cookie cutter.
- For ganache, pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips and let it sit, then whisk until smooth.
- Dip the top of the football brownies into the ganache and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips and create football laces on the brownies.
- Let the brownies set in the fridge before serving.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, avoid overbaking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
