- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to biscuit dough instructions.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef, cooking for another minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake according to biscuit dough instructions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the beef for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, and try using ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
