Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, adding minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into rounds.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each round.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for the time indicated on the biscuit package, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Best served warm and fresh. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
