Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delightful twists on traditional burgers, these bombs combine savory ground beef, melty cheese, and garlic wrapped in golden biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, adding minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into rounds.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each round.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for the time indicated on the biscuit package, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Best served warm and fresh. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
