Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite dipping sauces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into small circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
  5. Fold and seal the dough around the filling.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake as per package instructions or until golden brown.
