- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite dipping sauces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
- Fold and seal the dough around the filling.
- Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake as per package instructions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Make sure to seal the edges of the dough well. Experiment with different cheeses and toppings for variety.
