Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking. Customize with different toppings like cooked bacon bits or cheddar cheese.
