- 1 lb carne asada (beef)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Corn tortillas

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the carne asada with olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook the carne asada for about 3-4 minutes on each side until seared and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the sliced carne asada in the tortillas and topping with fresh cilantro, diced onions, and lime juice. Serve immediately.
