- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- Butter or cooking spray
- Optional fillings (like cooked chicken, bacon, or veggies)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla, adding any optional fillings if desired.
- Top with the second tortilla, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden and cheese starts to melt, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden and crispy, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole, and enjoy with a side salad or crunchy chips.
