Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Rice, lettuce wraps, or taco shells for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the peppers are tender.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.
Notes
Use different colored bell peppers for a fun presentation. Add more spices for extra flavor.
