Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the steak pieces, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter and pour it over the steak mixture.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the steak is tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the steak mixture before cooking. To thicken the sauce, add a cornstarch slurry in the last hour of cooking.
