Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the steak pieces, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the steak mixture.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the steak is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the steak mixture before cooking. To thicken the sauce, add a cornstarch slurry in the last hour of cooking.
