Heaven on Earth Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box of angel food cake mix
  • 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the angel food cake mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box and bake.
  3. Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts and coconut if using.
  5. Once the cake is cooled, cut it into cubes and gently fold it into the fruity mixture.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy a sweet hug in every bite!

Notes

Best served chilled. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The cake is best enjoyed within a few days.
