- 1 box of angel food cake mix
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the angel food cake mix instructions.
- Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box and bake.
- Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts and coconut if using.
- Once the cake is cooled, cut it into cubes and gently fold it into the fruity mixture.
- Serve chilled and enjoy a sweet hug in every bite!
Notes
Best served chilled. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The cake is best enjoyed within a few days.
