Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lower-calorie version, use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
