High-Protein Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, black olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
