Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For a crispier coating, consider broiling the chicken tenders for the last few minutes of baking.
