Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken strips on it, avoiding overcrowding.
- Lightly spray chicken strips with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in herbs or cayenne for a spicy kick. Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
