- 1 1/2 Cup Italian Seasoned Panko Crumbs
- 1 large Egg
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, and cheese until thoroughly blended.
- Form chicken mixture into nuggets, aiming for a similar size to store-bought nuggets.
- Coat each nugget in Panko breadcrumbs, covering both sides.
- For baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- For air frying, preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C), lightly spray the basket, and cook nuggets for about 18 minutes, turning halfway.
Notes
Great with dipping sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
