  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toss the diced chicken in cornstarch until well coated.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and rice vinegar.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan, stirring to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
