- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Toss the diced chicken in cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
