- 4 slices Bread
- 1 cup Baked Beans (Canned or Homemade)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 links Chicken Sausages
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 8 no Mushroom
- 4 large Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 no Spring onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the baked beans, using canned or homemade if preferred.
- Slice the bread and toast with a little butter until crispy; set aside.
- In a large frying pan, add oil and cook the chicken sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms on medium to low heat until well seared.
- Set the cooked ingredients aside in the pan.
- Move some ingredients aside, add butter, and fry the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Plate the breakfast by placing sausages, fried eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and baked beans. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality sausages for the best flavor. Feel free to add additional items like black pudding or hash browns.
