Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Baked Beans (Canned or Homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 links Chicken Sausages
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 no Mushroom
  • 4 large Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 no Spring onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baked beans, using canned or homemade if preferred.
  2. Slice the bread and toast with a little butter until crispy; set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan, add oil and cook the chicken sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms on medium to low heat until well seared.
  4. Set the cooked ingredients aside in the pan.
  5. Move some ingredients aside, add butter, and fry the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Plate the breakfast by placing sausages, fried eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and baked beans. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality sausages for the best flavor. Feel free to add additional items like black pudding or hash browns.
