- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream Soup, condensed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the cream soup over the chicken.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth to the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and mix in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Great served over rice or with crusty bread. Feel free to add extra veggies or swap chicken for chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
