Ingredients

- 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and cooked white rice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella. Mix until combined.
- Lay out tortillas and spoon the meat and cheese mixture onto each. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Fold sides in and roll up tightly.
- Melt butter or heat oil in the skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Let cool for a minute before cutting in half. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with salsa, guacamole, or extra sour cream. Add tortilla chips or salad for a complete meal.
